Tips para realizar una evaluación de desempeño efectiva

La evaluación de desempeño no es solo un proceso administrativo; es una oportunidad clave para fortalecer a tu equipo, mejorar resultados y alinear objetivos. Bien aplicada, se convierte en una herramienta poderosa de crecimiento tanto individual como colectivo.

🔍 1. Prepárate con información objetiva

Antes de evaluar, revisa indicadores, resultados y comportamientos observables. Evita basarte en percepciones o hechos recientes únicamente. Una evaluación justa se construye con evidencia.

🎯 2. Define criterios claros
